Meet our team

With more than 30 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, she has built a career spanning club operations, technology, sales leadership, customer success, and business development.
Throughout her career, Mary saw a need for women to have more opportunities to be heard, supported, and included in shaping the future of fitness, health, and wellness. She created fitHER as a professional home where women can build meaningful relationships, share their expertise, grow with confidence, and step into leadership.
At 61, Mary is still evolving, pursuing new ideas, and beginning new chapters of her own. She believes it is never too late to find your voice, recognize what you are capable of, and take up space.
Her voice matters. Her experience matters.
And there is a place for her at the table.
